PestNu actively participated in the 13th Panhellenic Conference of the Society of Agricultural Engineers of Greece, which took place at the Conference Center of AUA & at the event hall of the Agricultural Museum, on Thursday 19/10 and Friday 20/10.
More specifically, UTH, represented by Prof. Katsoulas gave an oral presentation regarding the latest results of the effects of two biostimulant formulations on both tomato and lettuce productivity and nutrient uptake.
The title of the paper was: “EFFECT OF BIOSTIMULANT APPLICATION IN AQUAPONIC CROP NUTRIENT UPTAKE AND PRODUCTIVITY”.
Additionally, UTH and Prof. Katsoulas also presented a Poster, regarding the results obtained by the comparison of two methods (a) spectrometry and (b) flow cytometry in determining the microalgae growth.
The title of the paper was: “EVALUATION OF MICROALGAE BIOMASS ASSESSMENT METHODS BY SPECTROMETRY AND FLOW CYTOMETRY”
