– Afternoon Panel: Transparency in the food supply chain – AgroInsider will present the Food Sustainability index (FSi), a sustainability index being developed under the PESTNU project as a contribution to environmental traceability at the production stage. The results of the engagement with several agricultural producers in the validation phase of this indicator will also be presented, and a technical debate for the evaluation and improvement of this indicator will be foreseen. The panel will end with a round table with guests from the different stages of the agro-industry value chain to discuss the importance of transparency and traceability of food products.
