The Laboratory of Agricultural Constructions and Environmental Control at the University of Thessaly is thrilled to invite you to an open day visit to the Pilot Greenhouse Park at the University of Thessaly Farm in Velestino, on Monday 20th of May 2024, from 10:00 to 15:00.
The event is developed within the context of the Research programs PestNu (Green Deal, Horizon 2020), ECONUTRI (Horizon Europe) and REGACE (Horizon Europe) and it serves a bilateral aim. Firstly, the event aims to present and demonstrate innovative technologies and practices tested by the Laboratory of Agricultural Constructions and Environmental Control of the University, at the Pilot Greenhouse Park of Velestino. Additionally, the event intends to promote networking and collaboration among the participating stakeholders, in order to finally achieve the maximization of the projects’ results impact.
The Pilot Greenhouse Park in Velestino, is one of the largest in the Mediterranean, demonstrating a high level of installed technology and expertise in hydroponic cultivation.
